The orthopedic program is a real standout for a small-town practice: the veterinarians have pursued special training and offer ACL and CCL repair including TPLO and TTA procedures, femoral head ostectomy for hip dysplasia and severe fractures, luxating patella repair, and comprehensive fracture work — capability few clinics in the region can match. Small animal care also covers wellness exams, vaccinations, nutritional counseling, parasite prevention, dentistry, surgery, diagnostics, ultrasound and echocardiograms, and pain management. The large animal side handles equine and cattle work with dedicated farmhouse calls, recognizing that hauling livestock in is often impractical and sometimes impossible.
