Pearl’s Veterinary Surgery focuses on increasing access to affordable surgical and dental services for pets while helping prevent suffering caused by untreated medical conditions. The clinic provides a range of procedures for dogs, cats, and rabbits, including dentistry performed under anesthesia with radiographs and extractions when needed. The practice intentionally concentrates on surgery and dentistry rather than general wellness services and does not offer overnight hospitalization. Pearl’s Veterinary Surgery was inspired by the rescue story of a cat named Pearl after the 2023 Maui wildfires and reflects a mission centered on community support and compassionate care.
