Massie Equine Veterinary Clinic & Healing Center

Massie Equine Veterinary Clinic & Healing Center brings an unusual resume to Southern Oregon horse country: Dr. Keaton Massie spent time as a mechanic, alligator wrestler, and zookeeper before serving as an Army veterinary technician in Europe, then earning his DVM from Ross University in St. Kitts. He launched the practice as a mobile operation and expanded in December 2022 into a large new facility in Central Point, complete with a 100x200 outdoor diagnostic arena, equine day spa, hospitalization stalls, and boarding; all designed around what he calls the true art of horsemanship. Services run from sports medicine and lameness evaluations to reproduction, podiatry, and regenerative medicine; pet and livestock services are available for equine households. His wife Andria leads The Equine Healing Center, a nonprofit that adds community education and rehabilitation programming to the operation.
